During this presentation Alan will look at different meditations and daily activities which will help us connect to our deeper nature. Alan Muller is a hidden South African Buddhist treasure. He took refuge in 1997 with Akong Rinpoche. He has completed a one-year and two six-month closed retreats under the guidance of Lama Yeshe Rinpoche. Alan was also a monk for six years and has dedicated his time fully to Kagyu centres since 2000. Some of the teachers he has received teachings from are the Dalai Lama, Thrangu Rinpoche, Tai Situpa Rinpoche, Minjur Rinpoche and Drupon Rinpoche.
